the story is ready today I am going to make a poll today...
I need everyone to decide what people think about the way the justice system is going at this rate, it is not equal anymore, it is unbalanced! a woman commits a crime towards her children the crime was child pornography towards her 3 years old son... the same crime committed by a man towards a 4 years old girl got sentenced to 7 years in jail... the woman got sentenced to 18 month to jail... what kind of message is this where is the equality?
An abused man in a relationship is looked down on... he's not man enough to up and leave... or to protect himself... men get conned into jackpot marriages, manipulated into caring for less fortunate women, and then thrown out like garbage! where is the fairness! where is the justice? where is the equality? what happened to humanity ???
how did we get here ????
People say life isn't fair!! some people say you have money, you have power! money talks bullshit walks! I stopped watching the news a long time ago, for the simple fact that there is nothing good that ever comes out of it! it's all bad news all over the place... nothing you could turn to that brings you some good news... it's always bad news... somehow someway the good news is always shoved 6 feet under and never heard of!
well... please allow me to be the bearer of good news! This is my goal in life... to bear good news to everyone! to say that there is a solution, a proper solution to everything! to everyone! to a lot of people for if you want justice you will find it, it may not be by force, and hopefully it's not, for god takes pride in giving the justice himself. We as humans, live a life that is full of mistakes, deceit, treachery. it needs to stop... and I have the solutions...

What an interesting post! I cannot agree more- the justice system (in Canada) does not treat men and women on an equal plain. The example that you gave regarding the woman who was participating in child pornography- what a devastation! And what's worse is that she was not sentenced according to the severity of the crime she committed. I think a lot of people in society are under the impression that men are the only ones capable of such heinous crimes; and now, the reality is starting to shine clearly that this does not hold to be true. Criminals are out there and they come in all forms. Your gender has nothing to do with your inclination to be devious and break laws. Being a female myself, I understand that many women are seeking equality- I just don't identify with those women who claim that we don't have any rights. When we refer back to that same example you gave, I cannot help but question where was the equality when sentencing of the man and woman who committed the same crime? In fact, the man was treated with less fairness and equality than the woman was. I cannot say that men or women have it better off than the other, it's an almost impossible comparison, however, I do not believe there is proper justification in women saying they do not have the same rights as men.

I do not believe that the man should have been sentenced to a lesser severe sentence... as a matter of fact I believe he should be removed from the rest of society forever... such heinous crimes, by women or men should not be looked down on as mistakes, but should be looked down on as heinous crimes of nature itself, and we as humans are headed to become looked down on by animals if we could not live as civilized people.
ReplyDeleteEvil crimes, of any nature, should have maximum sentencing for both men and women, is what I believe in for the simple fact. That evil, is a choice. If chosen to act upon by any person, of whatever nature, background, gender, or upbringing, the only time, that it should be considered, is if psychologically possible to change a person, or the criminal mind for that fact, due to bad upbringing then it is the one time the person should be tested and retested, continuously before reentering normal society!
I am not an extremist of any sort. however I believe Evil is a choice! a choice we all have and are capable of doing! no person is perfect, for perfection is godliness, however we try and carry ourselves in the best manner possible and try and avoid any wrong doing to others, to be able to live together in harmony!
Children, however, have no one to protect them in particular, and the only protectors they have are the rest of their families, or society as it stands. the life that is dawned on these victims, without their choosing, will doom them for a lifetime, the psychological scarring, is unforgivable, they are living Zombies! any kind of victim! is the same case! and so the perpetrators, the criminals, the evil doers, need to have a stop to their actions, at the same time they need to serve as examples to the rest of evil doers. That no crime shall go unpunished!!!
In the far East, in the Arab countries, a theft is punishable by arm amputation! Still in effect! However people steal food for survival, should it be punishable in such an extremity?? there are many solutions to a certain problem! to each problem there are many reasons! how do you solve such problems ?
We can clearly see that extreme punishments also have their downfalls, but remember that we have all the technology, the doctors, the education, the information, needed to be able to establish if a person is ready to be introduced into society or not! a lie detector simply introduced into the legal system before letting the criminals back out into the streets would allow the governments to establish, creditability of these individuals to whether they would repeat or not any of these crimes!
In short... The law, is in place to be equal for everyone! however, it is so misused, and so abused, that the law itself is questionable for it is made by humans, where fault is undeniable in it's own!
My philosophy, keep it simple! follow Gods 10 commandments... and you should be perfectly fine! other laws are made by humans... for the purpose of money, for the purpose of gain, for the purpose of stealing property, and whatever else... No I'm not creating anarchy! or anti-governments societies! But I am sick of people being in the dark as sheeps, functioning like robots, having no freewill for they are too afraid to speak up! for they are too afraid to think! And what I am seeking... Equality, freedom, and humanity! for only with those qualities, that we as humans could, or will be able to survive god's will!
